The purpose of the 'configure' is to get CCS to come
up. Like Jeff said, if it comes up you do not need to
worry about it.

This file matches the dos screen, '[POD_MODE] 0x01' ==
EPP mode.

This is correct for CCS 2.1 [the emulation/debug code
doesn't care if the device is 'TI320C621x' or
'TI320C671x'.
NOTE:
CCS 3.1 distinguishes between fixed point and floating
point devices.

GEL->Check DSK->QuickTest should flash the LEDs.
