Hi mohsen,
DM642 is quite heavy duty processor with atleast
600MHz clock and 8 paraller units. It has enought
video ports(inputs/outputs) so you can attach your
peripherals without trouble. So on the whole there is
a good chance of feasibility of using it.
Since you would wan't to be sure, you should find out
a MOPS estimate of the algorithms you would wan't to
run. And compare to the overall MOPS available on
DM642. If there is a fair margin between demand and
supply, you can be confident of going ahead.
