is the tranfer function H(s)=Output(s)/Input(s) only when the initial
state of the system is zero?
If the initial state of the system is non-zero then the
Output(s)=Something*x(0)+H(s)*Input(s).
where x(0) is the initial state of the system, ..(s) is the Laplace
transform.
Is it correct?
