Pan??
Check EMU0 & 1 connections/routing. They should read
high with no external pullups. If the 1K [that is
probably too low for normal useage] did not 'get the
job done', then you have a problem. 82 ohms is isWAY
too low. There is probably a "crossed signal" or the
EMU pins on the connector are incorrecly routed.
The output that you provided indicates that the DSP is
"seeing" EMU0 & 1 as low [this selects the 8 bit
boundary scan TAP instead of the 38 bit 'emulation
TAP].

I am developing a DM642-based target board using a XDS510 USB JTAG
emulator. Yesterday I found that the emulator can't connect my target
board. The error log of the SDConfig is listed below:
