Then the Wikipedia page is outright wrong? It not only utilizes the
spelling "Hoff" but it specifically refers to "Ted Hoff," which is
a link to "Marcian Edward Hoff."

M.E.Hoff, Jr. as an author. The Wikipedia page on Widrow also uses
