Hi Awe Peter,

AWGN is an unavoidable phenomenon in electronic circuits. The only way
(AFAIK) to reduce its impact is to average your estimate over multiple
symbols in order to "average out" the noise. For e.g., in OFDM channel
estimation in the frequency domain, the channel responses at the pilot
subcarriers are averaged over multiple symbols in order to mitigate the
impact of AWGN at these subcarriers.

Hi all.
Pleasei have a problem to solve. In mysignal processing through a multipath channel, i need to introduce awgn but i also realize that the lower the SNR introduced the morethe BER.I need to filter out this noise. Can anyone please help meoutas per how to go about it in matlab.
Thank you.
