I am using filter design toolbox to generate filter design object for CIC compensator with following parameters:

I used fdesign.rsrc. I want to perform dual functionality out of it (Farrow interpolation+CIC compensation). How can I find the coefficients of a farrow filter which replicates the above response (CIC compensation)?
