I know other radar apart from the Xaver that also obtains good
results, but they are not commercial but for research.
These kind of signals with so high bandwidth are usually demodulated
before digitalization. You can search more information in the web,
searching for Continous-wave radar (CW-radar).
After this demodulation, bandwidth only depends on desired range
coverage.

through wall radar system is the "Xaver 800" produced by Israel
Camero-Tech Ltd. The "Xaver 800" used the ultra short pluse with bandwidth
about 7GHz. How to sample and digitalize such wideband signals? If i must
get a AD converter faster than 7G? Thanks
