The ADSP-21369 has better periphearal support including an SDRAM
controller, I2C and UARTs + all the 21364 peripherals. I discuss the 21369
and the current status of the SHARC on our web site (on the home page). Our
business is built around third generation SHARC DSPs (OEM boards and
systems).
The 21261/2 is less expensive.
Both the 21262 and 21369 function very well. The 21364 suffers from a
serious DMA errata problem. You can download the errata from the ADI site.
