I think the audio codec goes up to 8kHz. However (this is the
c6711dsk) there is a daughter card and it goes up to at least 40kHz
stereo.

I could achieve.
I have used sound card in Linux for data acquisition(voice) maximum
sampling speed with my laptop was 140000 samples/sec which means i
could analyze frequencies up to 140000/2.

now I want to use c6711 for data acquisition(sampling and may be
filters). I need to use it for ultrasonic signals.
So please some one tell me maximum frequency which can be sampled.

One more thing can I save that data and transfer it on computer for
analyzing (matlab)
