If your company GDA Tech gives you this assignment on short notice, then they
should
give you a DSK 6713 board as a reference to compare with your client's
board during
the work. With DSK board, you can get started now and not have to wait for
any
factors you can't control.
GDA Tech claims to be a big outfit (like this, right?

should have many DSK boards. Tell your boss that a DSP engineer with 24 yrs
experience says "get Hari a DSK 6713 board ASAP" :-)
