module. I am testing Small C for DSP56800 to see how efficient the compiler is at generating object code. If it is more efficient than CodeWarrior's compiler (and I don't see how it could possibly be worse), it could solve some of our "out of memory" problems on a very big project we have here. I'm also planning to spend some of my own time here at work (before regular working hours), to add a "Pointer to P Memory" type, which would greatly reduce the program memory size and execution time of our programs. If and when I get it working, I will post a message with the source code on this discussion group.
