I've never used the XDS560 PCI card, so I don't know about it. I
would think the
JTAG header cable for the card should be something you can find or maybe your
TI
salesperson who takes care of your University can help with. Your Prof should
know
who is the TI person.

You could but don't do that, or at least not yet. v3.2 is intended for
C64x+ core
devices such as 6455. You can use the Update Advisor in CCS to download
current
patches and files for v3.1.
