Hi Francis,
do you have the socketed version of the 2812 board? We recently
encountered a similar problem which was caused by the DSP socket. After
opening and re-tightening the socket the board worked again.
SdConfig only checks the JTAG path of the board. As long as the power
supply and the JTAG connections are ok, the SdConfig tests will pass. Code
Composer however requires all functions of the DSP to work properly. In a
worst case you probably may have damaged the DSP by an ESD event (the
expansion headers directly connect to the DSP pins).
