Hello everyone,
   I'd like to learn how to program a TI DSP and came across the following
board on eBay for a 3 in 1 combo containing the TI TMS320VC5402:

It comes with no programming tools, and I have been unable to get more
information about the board from the vendor.  Does anyone have any
experience with MDFly?

In general, how can I upload my code to the DSP?  Code Composer Studio is
the development environment, but does it contain the chip communication
utility?  Will any board support CCS off the bat?
