I went thru your posting in response to Venkat's query.
What i could make out from your suggestion is this (this is in reference to 7.95
Kbps mode; here 4 tracks r used - one non zero pulse from each track; 1st 3
tracks contain 8 positios & the last track contains 16 positions):
In the innermost loop :
we calculate sq1 and alp_16 and find if the current sq1/alp_16 is more than that
for the previous position in the L_msu instruction.
wht u r suggesting is we calculate s by comparing each consecutive fractional
pairs & finally identify the position which gives the max.
sq1/alp_16.....and then calculate ps and ix for that position,separately.
Plz do get in touch asap and give me any suggestion regarding whether my
understanding is correct.
