Hello all, Did anyone use the sdram module as external memory for 21065L ? I tried it but in vain ,and I would like to know if some of you have the experience of using the module or some advise for me . I used this registers for my SDRAM interface: SDPSS auto power on sequence SDBM how many banks on SDRAM SDBUF buffering SDBS external bank mapping SDPM define power up sequence SDTRP precharge delay SDTRAS Activate command delay SDCL CAS latency cycle number SDSRF enable self refresh SDPGS sdram page size SDRDIV refresh counter And finally dont forget to wait an appropriate time (eg 100us for micron sdram) until sdram internal power up sequencing has finished.
