I work as a DSP engineer in Innova-Son
(www.innovason.com) which develops digital live mixing desk.
Now, I make the routing of daughter card for
the ADSP-21160 (BGA footprint). So, could you send all informations about
the BGA routing (class routing, number of plane, decoupling ground and
power) and yours reflections concerning the ADSP-21160
(avaibility).
