uart for ezdsp tms320f2812

Hi

I need to connect uart to the evaluation board ezdsp tms320f2812.
I do no have any experience with it, so I do not know which daughter card to buy.
I saw one of link research lr-f2812com, and some others in the dspglobal site. http://www.dspglobal.com/Int%20Card%20SERIAL.htm.
but i do not know which one i need.
The dspglobal card has 4 uart connections. I need 3. But the dsp has only 2 uart connections, so can I use the third one?

I also need sw supporting the dsp bios.
I found spr c118 and c616 with ddk version 1.20 (driver developpment kit). It's suppose to include uart sw driver, and uarttest example.
But when I installed it, there should have been a directory ddk/uarttes. under the ti main directory.
I could not find the directory ddk, or the uarttest example. can you figure out what's wrong?
How can I get the source of the examples? and the uart drivers?

TI has a $49 board for this purpose: HPA-MCU interface board. You can see it here:

You are correct that the 2812 only has 2 serial ports. Have you looked at the 280x part? It has 2 serial, 2 CAN, 4 SPI, I2C.
Might I suggest you look at our software which will let you graphically program a model based solution for the c2000 processor line.
