hi all,
i have reviewed the the datasheet of the 2812 DSP, regarding the PLL
configuration, and SPI,
the question is, i have 30Mhz crystal, and PLL configured to make 150Mhz, now i
want to use the SPI, in Slave mode, the equation is = LSPCLK/(SPIBRR+1)
,,,,,now i want to know the LSPCLK what is this value, its not cleared at
all in the datasheet, how can i caculate it ,,,,,, specially with the PLL being
150Mhz,,,,
thanks in advance

Hey:
I recommend you to download and read the clocking section of spru078.It would be helpful.

Dear All,
thanks alot, i downloaded and i have read it too, what is confusing me, is
there is four clocks,
1- the source clock, which in my case 30Mhz
2-PLL clock after multiplying it in my case its 150Mhz
3- High Speed clock
4- Low clock for the SPI communication
im little confused, if i configure the LSPCLK ,,,,what will be the normal
clock of the program, i mean it will be still as 150Mhz, from the PLL, or it
will be affected,,,,,,,or the LSPCLK will only affect on the SPI,
communication,,,
another thing, if i wanted to connect it through UART, is it okay to connect
the DSP directly -without rs232- to another controller.......i mean the Tx
and Rx just connected together,,,,,,or it will be crossed,
thanks again, Greeting, have a wonderful Night/Day
