c5502 with 200MHz SDRAM or C5510 without external RAM?

if my project size were 320KB which of this items is more proper and efficient regarding to speed,power,price:

tms320vc5502 (300MHz) with 300MHz (or 200MHz) SDRAM

or

TMS320vc5510 (200MHz) ?
