Problem with XDS510 USB JTAG

Started by Lakshman January 13, 2005

Hello All,

We are using XDS510 USB JTAG for OMAP platform,when I
run SDCONFIG for emulation verification. Following are
details displayed when we click on emulator test
button.

EmuProductName=XDS510USB
EmuPortAddr=0x510
EmuPortMode=USB
ProductIdQ0
ProductVersion
** Emulator Scan Test
-- Found JTAG IR length of 10
-- Found 1 JTAG device(s) in the scan chain

The actual setup for emulation must show JTAG IR
length of 50 and it has to found 3 JTAG device(s) in
the scan chain.

Please suggest !!!

Thanks and regards
-Lakshman

Hi Lakshman,

It looks like the XDS510 USB JTAG which you are using
might be damaged. Try using a different XDS510 USB
JTAG to confirm that it is problem with JTAG.
The only solution is to replace the JTAG.

Hope this helped you. >
