Very thanks for your advises,
I can program c6455 DSK with Wintech TDS560 but Wintech TDS510plus does not
work.

Ok, now we have some facts.
At this point we know that at least one of the following is true.
1. The hardware is broken.
or
2. The software is broken.
or
3. The emulator software is configured incorrectly.
I will go with number 3.
I suggest the following.
A. Run xdsprobe using your configuration file. Does it work??
B. Post the CCS configuration file that you are using.
