Hi,
I have a problem in ports and JTAG communication error displaying. The DSK was ok and I don\'t Know what is happen (may be due to executes random code), and the user LEDs in C6711 DSK remain on when DSK is powered until open CCS, after that LED flashed and switched off. Actually I spent more than two week to solve this problem, I have seen C6711 DSK online help and I burned the POST into the DSK onboard flash but still the problem occur. Also I tried to program the flash memory with post code from command prompt, unfortunately this message appear please specify a valid board configuration file via the f option, I change fspp.cfg, -fepp.cfg in command line, still the message happen. Would you please help me to solve this problem.

I used also conftest example in which is included in CCS examples, and the output test of SDRAM address is 0x20000000 and it should be 0x80000000. so that is why I think the problem from executes random code, and I tried many solutions but they are not work. Please any one helps me.

I don't know if I can solve your problem, but I may be able to give you some clues.
 
1. If you have access to a volt meter, verify that +5v, +3.3v and +1.8v [or 1.9] are okay.
2. In theory it does not matter if you code in FLASH is okay.  In reality, some strange contents may prevent external access.
3. The connection that CCS uses goes through the parallel port, a JTAG controller and into the DSP's JTAG port.
4. The confidence test that you ran, goes through a separate path [although the parallel port chip is common to both] and into the DSP's HPI port.
 
Two things that you can do to provide more information -
#1. Post the exact text of the CCS error message [and your version of CCS]
#2. Post the exact output of running the confidence test.
