DM642 devel board - second hand

Hi,

I am interested in DM642 as an amateur. But it's price is very high. DMDK
is above 6000 USD and the other kit is about 2000 USD. Can I find a
second-hand one? ebay says nothing...

Secondly If I bought cheaper one, can I develop a codec, device driver etc? or
debugging is impossible in that state?
