I thought the "TI driver" is from Sheldon Instruments and came with the EVM DM642
board. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but in any case Sheldon Instruments does
offer source code:

Suggest to ask them more about it.

I don't know of specific driver sources any other than a general web search. I know
we wrote a WinXP driver for EVM DM642 in 2004 and it wasn't difficult. The PCI
interface on the DM642 part is very straightforward.
