Something is wrong somewhere. tixds560c6x.dvr is always installed by
CCS installation in the 'drivers' directory for all 'regular or full'
versions of CCS since at least 2.2. If you have a 'DSK only version'
or some other 'capability reduced version', the installation may not
have include that file.
