dsk6713_aic23.h, dsk6713.h, dsk6713_led.h,dsk. We want to try to run
the projects from the book: Rulph Chassing: DSP and Applications with
the C6713 and C6416. We use TMS320C6713 DSK and CCS 3.1 IDE.
