arm - dsp communication

Hi

I want to begin working with omap 1510 and write a simple code of convolution on code composer(arm passes the values to dsp processor and dsp returns them back to arm)just to get an idea that how arm and dsp communicate.I need some direction ..... how to proceed.

Hi,
I am working with OMAP1510 innovator kit. for this I have the XDS510 emulator and the Code Composer studio 3.1. However the gel files iARM.gel and iDSP.gel present in the CD of the kit is not supporting the CCS 3.1 version. I think the gel files support the CCS 2.1 version.
I would be grateful, if any one of you can guide me to solve this problem. I am not able to connect the CCS3.1 with the innovator kit through the XDS510 emulator.

I think for this an updated gel file is required or a CCS 2.1 software copy is required. If any one can help me in getting these, I will be very grateful to him.
