%%%% Hi Julius Extremely sorry for not replying properly. As u had said to run with channel effect and 'no noise', and I did the simulation, but still I am getting errors even at high SNRs. I think the adaptive equaliser is not working or 16 QAM is too sensitive to multipath. Thanks Chintan

OK, so what is the amount of ISI without equalization, and what is the amount of ISI after equalization? How does the channel look like after equalization?
