CCS problem

Hi everyone,
I am having a spectrum digital emulator board with TMS320c5416 dsp. I
bought that and i installed the CCS in my desktop. When I connect the board
and start the CCS, the USB is enumerated but then a error window is coming.
It is like this
title of the window: CPU_1- DSP DEVICE DRIVER.
CONTENT: 
CAN'T INITIALIZE TARGET CPU
I/O PORT : 540
BOARD NAME: SDGO5416DSK (SPECTRUM DIGITAL)
CPU NAME: CPU_1

then four buttons to abort/retry/ignore/diagnostic are there. even if i
run diagnostic, the emulator diagnostic is failing. 
Can anyone help me in this?
