- Develop firmware architecture for video and image applications
- Lead a team of software/firmware engineers
- Solid understanding of embedded f/w and s/w architecture
- Experience with video and/or imaging algorithms (not a must but an asset)
- C/C++, Software modeling techniques (UML)
- B.Sc. in EE, Computer Science or equivalent
- 7-10 years of s/w development in embedded environment (DSP assembly a
plus)

They demand a CV in MS Word format. If they won't accept a submission in something nearer universal, like PDF, I consider their attitude rather poor. On Windows, Wordpad will do -- it does RTF, and even Notepad, which produces Word-readable plain text. I don't have MSWord on my machine.
