After a week in hospital, I have over 1000 newsgroup messages piled up. I'll simply mark them all read and start fresh tomorrow. Please resend any messages that were specifically intended for my attention. Thanks. Hospitals are dangerous places these days when it comes to getting infections. I've known several folks who needed pretty serious treatment but opted out of hospital stays in order to avoid the potential for infection. In any case, happy to hear you're back among civilized society.
