what is the best way to learn DM6437 programming?

Dear all,

     I am beginner to TI DSP's and we have DM6437 board 
     in our lab. Also I am new to CCS. Can anyone suggest
     me how and where to begin from? Ti does not have
     any tutorial document on this.
