ADSP-21262 GPL'd assembler?

Is anyone aware of an assembler for the ADSP-21262 that is Free
Software? If none is available, I might be forced to write my own.
Would anyone find this useful?

I don't know of any, there is Open21xx for 218x/9x. If you find any
for 21262, or write your own, please let us know.
