phase of noisy sine wave

Hello, 

I have following problem: I should get phases of noisy (white noise, SNR
is about 1), long sine waves (thousands of periods), and hopefully
probability phases are between certain values. Is there any methods
implemented in matlab, or could you offer me some solution for problem,

Phase relative to what? If the frequency is known, a narrow-band filter 
might be all you need to see the signal clearly.
