Hi all, I would appreciate if anyone here could help me. I was thinking to create a FM stereo with the RDS and L+R and L-R channel in Matlab. But i doesnt know how to do on that... Can anyone here help me plz? Thankz

What you should be asking for is a reference to the applicable standard (Ignore HD to start.) I'd have to search for it, so I'll leave that chore to you or anyone who knows. It makes sense to know the details of what you are about to do before concerning yourself with the details of how to do it. A matter of curiosity: What will you do with it once you get it working? You can't tune a receiver to Matlab. Jerry -- Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get.

Just like we now have decoders for digital television, when stereo broadcasting was new there would have been decoders to connect to mono tuners. Likely hard to find today, though. -- glen

I was trying to apply to Matlab is becoz i want to prove in theoretical is able to produce this kind of component before i proceed my further research for my practical... thankz

I know i can't tune in Matlab but i can substitute in a frequency and look at the output in order to convince my project is correct before proceed to hardware. AM I RIGHT? Thankz for the reply... Comment plz...

What my question is "How to Create FM stereo from Matlab". I just need help to generate the Matlab. IS it generate from fdatool of Multiband? or can you all gv me some tutorial of the Matlab or any hint from that... Would appreciate for your help! Thankz

I mean is that make sense if i generate it from multiband and said this is the concept of how to generate the FM stereo from theoretical... or any filter to use to generate the FM stereo will all component?
