Anyone happen to have a licensed copy of Blackfin VisualDSP++ for sale?

Just curious... as far as I can tell, with Analog's current promotion 
(http://www.analog.com/en/embedded-processing-dsp/blackfin/content/blackfin_development_tools_offer/fca.html) 
the asking price is still effectively $2k, you just get the USB emulator 
thrown in for free.  Last year they had the exact same bundle for only $1k, 
which strikes me as much more manageable.

Hence I'm curious... anyone have a legal copy of VisualDSP++ they'd consider 
selling for <$1k (the cheaper, the better)?  (I already have access to an
