Suspected US satellite overhead in India(a foreign PhD student)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an Indian student doing my PhD at a prestigious university
abroad. I am at home right now finishing my thesis. I strongly believe
that there is a US satellite over my head as they are communicating
with me. They have captured my mind somehow. I am always very afraid
as they are not stopping themselves from sending fearful messages. I
have tried to contact two law enforcement agencies in the US but got
no replies. I am not finding the email contact for police and I feel I
will not be comfortable enough to tell this directly without first
writing to them. I know US is very advanced as compared to India in
Science and in everything. I don't know what they are trying to prove.
They are interfereing in my every academic matter and also interfering
between me and my known faculty members by hacking into my mind. I am
not able to tolerate them India is a country of all nonsense people so
they are not able to help me in this matter. Indian Space Research
organization is useless as probably they are beggers. I want to track
them but I am not able to do so even after knowing everything. This is
so strange that people are encouraging criminals in this positive
world. Can anyone help me? I had some posts here on DSP and many
people helped me that time so I am sending this again hoping to get
some help.

PS_ I hope you understand how you would feel if someone is intruding
in your studies and cause academic harrasment all the time.

Since none of India is on the equator, an orbiting satellite can't be
overhead all of the time, so just figure out when it is overhead and
reserve your studying for other times.

I remember when a consortium of Turkish farmers initiated lawsuits
against the United States and the Soviet Union because their
experimental rockets had pierced the sky, causing excessive rain which
had ruined their crops.

Would a geosynchronous mind-control satellite not have a big enough
footprint to cover India?

I think it is just over my area. Since it was not there in the last
couple of months I was in my institute. They are also keeping quiet
but very rarely.

Well, I cannot really say that even after feeling that unless I track
them. Is it possible to track if something is over me somehow? I am
very afraid.

Have you thought about a telescope?  Or a nice pair of binoculars?

The laws of physics inform us that it is not possible for a satellite
to remain fixed overhead anywhere except at the equator. Believing
otherwise is delusional. You should recognize that you are of an age
when the symptoms of schizophrenia first appear. You would be wise to
consult a specialist.

A geosynchronous satellite can be anywhere with an elliptical orbit.
It only has to match it's revolution with the rotation of that point.

Other geosynchronous orbits
Elliptical orbits can be and are designed for communications
satellites that keep the satellite within view of its assigned ground
stations or receivers. A satellite in an elliptical geosynchronous
orbit appears to oscillate in the sky from the viewpoint of a ground
station, tracing an analemma in the sky. Satellites in highly
elliptical orbits must be tracked by steerable ground stations.

The Infrared Space Observatory was in a highly-elliptical
geosynchronous orbit with apogee 70,600 km and perigee 1,000 km. It
was controlled by two ground stations.

An active geosynchronous is a hypothetical orbit that could be
maintained if forces other than gravity were also used, such as a
solar sail. Such a statite could be geosynchronous in an orbit
different (higher, lower, more or less elliptical, or some other path)

space elevator, in which one end of the structure is tethered to the
ground, maintaining a longer orbital period than by gravity alone if

The following orbits are special orbits that are also used to
categorize orbits:

Geostationary orbit (GEO): zero inclination geosynchronous orbit
Supersynchronous orbit - a disposal / storage orbit above GSO/GEO.
Satellites drift in a westerly direction.
Subsynchronous orbit - a drift orbit close to but below GSO/GEO. Used
for satellites undergoing station changes in an eastern direction.
Graveyard orbit - a supersynchronous orbit where spacecraft are
intentionally placed at the end of their operational life.

I will consult a psychiatrist but it is also important to find this
out.
