Oops! Analog Devices AD14060 Board

(Oops!, Actually AD14060 or AD14060L, last post was wrong part number )

I am potentially working on an existing product that uses an ADI AD14060 
(Quad SHARC). 

My task is strictly software.

I might like to buy a working board that includes this processor and a JTAG 
connection.

Does anyone have something that might work?
