Installation problem EZ-KIT lite for SHarc ADSP21161N

 For some reason, I get an error when trying to install the
drivers on my laptop.
 The OS is Millenium.

 Anyone seen this problem?
 It finds the drivers ok and almost completes the installation,
then crashes near the end.

 Is this an incompatibility problem with Me ?

 Anyone know?
