How to get V-Sync and H-Sync signals using 74ACT715-R

Hi,
I have trouble in using video sync generator 74ACT715, I want to get
vertical and horizonal sync signal, but I don't know how to control
the input the get the results. I read the datasheet but not very
helpful. Anybody can give me some hints? thanks a lot.

I don't have the data sheet, so I can't help. It's too bad that there's
no Analog Signal Processing group. Even so, there is probably a better
place to ask than this.
