Does anyone know anything about those Hong Kong USB2.0 - JTAG ICE Tools 
for TI DSP ( XDS510 like )?  Good, crap, or fraud?

I'd rather stick with something known - I've used a Signum systems
JTAG emulator for both a 6711 and 6713 board for years now, and I'm
happy with it:

I looked at a few different manufacturers - I liked them the best, they
also had the best support.
