Code composer, simpler download?

Hi, we have some code generated by code composer.  Now the code is
going into production, and we'd rather not have to have code composer
installed just to download the code to the dsp board!

Is there some simple little program that will download xx.out files
thru a XDS510PP to a little SBC62 board?

I think most people either buy their flash "pre-flashed" or else they have a 
flash programmer that does it before they put the flash on the board.

What device are you using?  There is some stuff available for 240x DSPs but 
I think that's it.
