PCI board with motor control DSP

Does anyone make a PCI development board with a motor control DSP?

ADI and TI have standalone development boards for the 21992 and F2808, 
respectively, but I'd like something that plugs into a PC's PCI bus.

Does anyone have a PCI board with a general purpose DSP and a motor control 
front-end like the TI ADS7869?

You best bet would probably be with motion control companies like Galil. 
  Your big barrier would be that their target market isn't software 
savvy, so they ordinarily shield the user from the on-board processor.
