Fax signals demodulation

Dear friends, 

I'm trying to develope a PC application to receive and send faxes using
ula samples of telephone channel.

Can any one help me to find some usefule guides, trial applications,
sources, ... on demodulation of V.21, V.27ter and V.29 signals?

Try ftp://www.soft-switch.org/pub/spandsp. It is a library of DSP for 
free telephony projects. It includes a fairly complete soft FAX machine.
