I have some "issues" with svn myself, but these aren't two of them. In fact, I see the second item as a plus rather than a minus. We're using an http-based repository at work for a team of about 10 SW people working off of two kinds of linux and Windows XP machines, over multiple locations (both in office and at home) and it works out quite nicely. And, do you think Rune, having just asked about source control, is going to be concerned with item 1 any time soon?

I'll have to check it out. ;) -- % Randy Yates % "Bird, on the wing, %% Fuquay-Varina, NC % goes floating by %%% 919-577-9882 % but there's a teardrop in his eye..." %%%% <yates@ieee.org> % 'One Summer Dream', *Face The Music*, ELO http://home.earthlink.net/~yatescr

Where can I get your mgdiff enhancements? I've been using mgdiff for six or seven years, and it is /definitely/ my preferred diff tool. -- Jim Thomas Principal Applications Engineer Bittware, Inc jthomas@bittware.com http://www.bittware.com (603) 226-0404 x536 Failure is always an option
