phase lock loop(PLL) help

hi
   i need help to design the loop filter for phase lock loop ic
(4046).my input frequency is 40 t0 70 HZ AND  my VCOout frequency is
256 to 448 KHZ.my VCC IS 5 Volt

Given that this is almost purely an analog circuits design question you 
should probably ask it on sci.electronics.design, or even 
sci.electronics.basic.  There are a lot of variables that you have to 
juggle depending on what kind of performance you need in the end; expect 
to get a lot of questions about that.
