But what do you want to bet that the students today are encouraged to find out many things by themselves using the Web .. at least in part or in good measure? But I think that a professor should give a sound introduction into a subject. A lot of things that are discussed here need the understanding of first principles and these are rarely discussed thouroughly here. And for learning, books are still the best medium. Martin
