You need a expert (or Equivalent) to write your job listings. A prospective employee will want to know a wee bit about working conditions: Work on premises? Is yes, where? China? Australia? Bayonne? Jerry -- Engineering is the art of making what you want from things you can get. @ wrote:> Hi > > I am looking for a expert in Vocoder. > > He/she is expected to have extensive algorithm background and published > papers and preferably hold PhD or Equivalent experience. > > Alternate email ID: uwsSPAM @ SPAMmail2valley.com > > Thanks >

I think Rob is referring to Stephan's Orange Vocoder fame ... but that isn't what "@" wants ... i imagine he's looking for a voice-codec, telecommunications expert ... just my musical intuition speaking ciao sdj Stephan M. I didn't expect anyone here to actually know about that product, mainly because the channel vocoder as used in music signal processing is rather uncommon in the rest of the DSP world... so I agree the OP is probably looking for something else. -- Stephan M. Anyone knows Orange Vocoder ^_^ I'm sorry for misinterpreting the word 'Vocoder', and tagging your name on it :) It wasn't meant as a serious suggestion, anyway. I assume you like it there at Ensonic :) Cheers, Rob

Thanks, I'm flattered! Prosoniq is a great company to work for, really. Nice people, and a crazy (read: creative) market... :-) -- Stephan M. Bernsee http://www.dspdimension.com

Ah yes, well... no problem. Haven't heard that name for a while :-) I wouldn't complain too much about the weather - it'll be back to the normal 2mm European DIN/ISO raindrops before too long, I'm afraid. Judging for your name you're in the Netherlands, so you probably know exactly what I mean ;-) -- Stephan M. Bernsee http://www.dspdimension.com
